    Yes I just hit my 2 years and am maintaining at 157 lbs lost. Someone actually asked me for a picture the other day so I sent them this side by side. I don't even recognize the girl on the left anymore. I am forever grateful for all of you and Dr Rod. My life was good before but now it's good and healthy. I have no limitations and have been able to get off of my blood pressure meds and passed a 2 year DOT physical for my CDL instead of them only giving me a 1 year like they did before because I am healthy now.
