  • For my birthday 7-19-2013 I gave myself the "gift" of health and a new beginning.  I chose to have the vertical sleeve.  As of today 9-4-2014 I am 40 years old and LOVING & LIVING LIFE again. 

    Weight loss has been slow and steady but as of today I have lost a total of 76 pounds.*
