Hello Joanne! I'm doing great! I lost a total of 75 pounds and I am just maintaining. I'm happy where I'm at. I wanted to lose more, I hit a plateau stopped losing weight, life got busy but I was okay with where I was. I finally was able to catch my breath and started working out again so I'm hoping I can lose the 10-15 pounds on my own now. I never did this to be a super skinny or a size 2, I just wanted to be comfortable and confident and I finally am.
