  • Hi Joanne. I am maintaining. I had gotten down to 126ish but now I stay around 132/133. I still am not able to eat a ton and get full quickly. Those are still good addresses for me.  Here's a comparison photo of June 2021 to May 2023 And thank you. It's helped a ton and I feel much better.
