Today marks my 2 year gastric sleeve surgery and I couldn't be any happier with my results.
I'm down 160 pounds and still work out 4-5/week.
Next order of business is getting some of this extra skin removed and maybe have those tata's lifted a bit : (Recommendations/drs to stay away from welcome). If I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out. The company I used is in the comments.
The second pic is after the Chase Race last Saturday. It started raining right before the race began. Now teachers in Arkansas have coverage for bariatric surgery.
