  • Thank you for reaching out to me. Wow it has been a four year journey from 293 lbs at my heaviest and unhealthiest to my today weight of 173 lbs and no longer on any diabetic medication or cholesterol medicine.

    I'm still a work in progress and probably will remain so because this surgery was a tool to help me get healthy. I'm sending a before picture and an updated picture.
