  • I feel great!  I've lost 194 pounds and my weight loss has stalled for now.  I would like to lose another 10 pounds maybe but I'm okay where I'm at. (UPDATE:  I feel great and I'm just 4 pounds away from my goal).I've started to look into plastics for my arms and other loose skin.  Still the best decision I've ever made!  I started at 372 lbs and I'm currently 178lbs. Size 4-5x to size MEDIUM.Thank you!
