I am still doing great and losing a little at a time with regular food use.
I'm currently 240 from 405. 36 waist from a 50 and size XL shirt from a 4 to 5xl. I have lost 165 lbs!
No issues and I have only found one food item that doesn't sit well. I have not returned back to any pop to include diet. I avoid all carbonated drinks but have introduced caffeine back in about 4 months ago. Yes all the info you have is correct. Here are some pictures.
