  • I am doing great I've lost 53 lbs so far.
    I'm taking my vitamins, eating well and I try to exercise as much as I can but I do a lot of walking at work so that helps. 
    Here is a before and after picture so far a 9 month difference. 
    I'll try to take more full body pictures soon and find some old ones of me too.
