  • I am not certain exactly on my weight loss. I was over 300, probably around 310 by the time I had surgery.  I lost down to 165 and it was just too thin. I moved it gradually back to 180.  Now I hover between 175 and 180 and I'm happy with this. So I lost 135 at least initially.  My blood sugar issues have been under control with no meds since.
