I started my weight loss journey in March of 2019. At that time my BP was 180’s/110 while on 3 BP pills, I was eating horribly, addicted to sugar, not exercising at all and just super depressed which lead to even more eating and sugar As of today I am down 102 Lbs. My BP is 140/80 and I am off all 3 BP pills. I am eating vegetarian, avoiding sugar as much as possible and working out 5-6 times a week. I still want to drop another 20-25 Lbs but I feel great both physically and mentally where I am. I know that the rest of the weight will come off if I keep doing what I am doing. OH, I ran an 8:10 mile this morning at Orange Theory Fitness. That is the fastest mile I have ran in 20-30 years!!!
