Sandy W - 2 Year Update*
  • Doing great I have had no issues whatsoever. I have lost as of today 132 # and have reach my goal weight and have been maintaining it quite well. You sure can post the photos. I am very proud of my accomplishment. But its total mind set change for life, and I still eat most any food I want but mostly the healthy low-calorie ones.

My legs, knee, and back pain have improved at least 90% better. I use to not be hardly able to walk to the bathroom and back without stopping.
Now I work in my yard and keep my 22 month old grandson since birth. I walk daily about 1 mile, sometimes more.
Yesterday I was able to visit Cody Wyoming & I visited Yellowstone Park some 2 years ago; I would have never tried because of the pain I would have been in.
    My life has truly change.

I don't have the first regret about my weight loss surgery bypass. It been a truly life changing for me. It gave me my life back again. Only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
