It's good to hear from you. I can't believe it's been that long. My weight is down over 145 pounds still I've started doing yoga 3 to 4 times a week. I also walk the dogs weather permitting in Colorado of course, twice a day and I am doing pretty good with my diet as if anything it goes up and down but right now I'm maintaining a weight of about 205. I would like to get it down to 186. It's gonna take a little bit more work. I'm off my oxygen, diabetes and blood pressure meds.
