I weigh 136… Started at 242. For at least nine months I weighed 132 and never budged now since the quarantine I weight 136 so I gained 4 pounds and I am going to lose that… I'll just go back to having my protein shake in the morning and no carbs or low carbs...I also just bought a stand up paddle board… There's a lot of water around here and it's starting to get warmer out and I have a bike and I'm only a block off the a River Trail so that's really awesome that goes along the river… And I bought a tent I'm going camping even if it's by myself… I can keep up with my grandchildren I can do just about anything…
