  • 6 months out and I am so happy with how far I've come. Starting weight 350 currently 238. I feel better than I have in a long time. I am not where I need to be but I am on my way... Less back and knee pain...no more sleep apnea machine.. good blood pressure... I am able to do so much more with my daughter and family.. I'm so very thankful for that. Looking back I would do it again. Best decision I ever made. Thank you BeLiteWeight for saving me and giving me my life back!*
