I doing well I have stopped at 50 lbs lost. My skin is firming and I am down from a sz 12 /14 at the beginning to a sz 0 . Started at 186 . At surgery 172 . Now flux from 130 to 137.Still no insulin, no high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I have only had 2 Bad crones flares and it was my fault because of the food I ate.I feel great energy is good my muscle tone is good. My favorite Collagen supplement is skinny fit my skin and my hair and my nails are doing wonderful. I have switched from patches for other vites and minerals.
