Oh my gosh...it has been life changing. I have lost 179 pounds, gained back about 20 pounds, but I'm ok with that. I am able to do so much that I haven't been able to do that I can do now. I am so much healthier and no longer have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. My only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner. Thank you!!
