  • I am doing great I've been holding pretty steady at around 230-235lbs from 460lb surgery weight.

    Also in an xl shirt down from a 6x and size 35" waist down from a 52" waist.

    I've maintained for around 6-8 months without modifying intake further. I am still maintaining around the same amount of food 3oz at a sitting.

    All in all Im doing great. I feel great and am motivated.
