Hi Joanne .. I am doing absolutely well. I think I'm done losing weight. I am around 150-155 and maintaining.
Eating better.. lots of protein because I'm weight lifting and doing cardio. I eat maybe 4-5 times a day. My water intake is not the best but still working on it.
My only regret is not having the band removed sooner and revised to bypass at a younger age. But I am overall happy that I am still youthful and healthy enough to exercise and enjoy my workouts. I will send you some pictures.
