I know it’s not an official check in but a friend sent this picture to me and I just stopped in my tracks and cried.
Down 115 lbs. Dec 2021-Oct 31,2022. Surgery was February 6, 2022. Almost 9 months PO. I’m doing great and my labs are phenomenal.
I don’t know who the person on the left is anymore. I never want to meet that person again.
Yes, please do share! I want to be a motivational speaker at some point. I feel like it is my new calling after going through this. I wish I had not waited so long to go through this process.
I had been dieting since I was 10 years old. I had an eating disorder at 10 years old. That is insane!
People should not have to live their life so miserable when there is a tool out there to help them. This is not an easy fix by any means. I have a whole new level of confidence that I never had before. I went hiking last weekend for the first time in over 10 years and it felt great!
