I'VE OFFICIALLY LOST 100 POUNDS!! I expected to have to wait for this milestone for at least a year, but here we are not even 6 months out from surgery.
I have been working my booty off - counting carbs every single day, meeting my protein and water goals every single day, saying no to sugar every single day (the holidays..boo). I've been showing up every single day and staying consistent, so excuse me while I toot my own horn (toot toot!).
Even though I've put in the work, I know I would not have been able to do it without my new tool.
Feeling grateful for this journey and looking forward to what's next.
