I'm down 55 lbs from surgery and am loving this tool and how much it's changed my life! I am back to my regular exercise routine which has stalled my weight loss a bit but my clothes are still fitting bigger and bigger so I'm trying not to focus too much on the scale!Yes those are still my current mailing and email addresses.
