Types of Hypertension
Primary hypertension, also called essential hypertension, is a condition when the causes for high blood pressure are indeterminable. The normal blood pressure is measured when body is at rest. In general your systolic number should be more than 120 but less than 140 and your diastolic measure should be over 80 but less than 90.
