Short on time and hungry? Try this Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas recipe for a quick and healthy dinner everyone will enjoy.


1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Yellow Bell Pepper

1 Green Bell Pepper

Sliced into strips

½ Yellow Onion – sliced

2 Chicken Breasts – cut into strips

1 TBSP Olive Oil

½ tsp Cumin Powder

½ tsp Dried Thyme

1 TBSP Paprika Powder

½ tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt

2 Garlic Cloves – minced

1 tsp Chicken Base (Better Than Boullion)


Slice all veggies into similar sized strips.

Combine all ingredients very well and so that the spices are evenly distributed.

Place chicken and veggies in the Air Fryer and cook 12 minutes at around 390 degrees.

Serve on lettuce leaves or in low carb tortillas.

Great paired with guacamole, sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and your favorite salsa.
