You will need the following ingredients to make these peanut butter and chocolate brownies without the huge calorie intake:
- 3/4 cup fat free condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup of fat free milk
- One (about 18.25 ounces) of packaged devil food's cake mix
- One large egg white
- Can of cooking spray
- One (about 7 ounces) jar of marshmallow crème
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter morsels/chips
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Add ¼ cup condensed milk, butter, milk, devil food’s cake mix and egg white into a bowl and mix. (NOTE: The batter is going to be stiff – that’s okay).
- Coat a 13 x 9 in. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Flour your hands and press 2/3 of the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
- While baking, add the rest of the condensed milk and marshmallow crème into a bowl and mix. Stir in the peanut butter chips.
- Spread this marshmallow mix over the baked brownie layer. Then take spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter and add to the top of the marshmallow mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350° and get ready to indulge your tastebuds!
