With Mother’s Day around the corner we wanted to share this Fluffy Keto Chocolate Mousse recipe. It tastes like the full sugar version but supports maintaining your weight loss on a low-carb eating plan.


3 oz Cream Cheese

½ cup Heavy Cream

¼ cup zero calorie sweetener

2 TBSP Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 pinch of salt

Berries of your choice (optional)


Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Add the heavy cream, sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Mix together on low speed until all ingredients are blended well.

Turn mixer on high and mix until fluffy.

Serve immediately in individual serving dishes and top with a few berries of your choice.
