This avocado chimichurri recipe is easy to make and super delicious! Avocado Chimichurri Ingredients:
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Mix all above ingredients together in a bowl.
Then whisk in ¼ cup olive oil.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro.
Cut 1-2 ripe avocados into cubes – Add the avocado to oil mixture and stir (not too much) to coat.
