These Low Carb Cheese Crackers are one of our favorites. It does not take too long to make and with only a few simple ingredients, you’ll be snacking in no time! Throw that box of crackers away and try these Cheese Crackers instead….guilt-free and keto friendly! Try them with our Avocado Chimichurri!
Low Carb Cheese Crackers Ingredients:
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 TBSP coconut flour
1 TBSP olive oil
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Mix all ingredients well
Let the mixture rest a few minutes
On a parchment lined baking sheet, form 7-8 small balls of dough
Press dough balls down with hand
Season with dried thyme
Bake 12-15 mins 350 degrees
Let sit before eating (they will be HOT)
