I'm doing AMAZING! I've lost a total of 250 lbs & kept it off.
I fluctuate 10-15 lbs but that's normal. I went from a size 30 pant & 4-6X tops to my smallest was a 4 pant & sm-med top. I'm currently in a 6 pant & med-lg top. But I'm ok with that.
Coming up on 53 I don't feel bad at all! I just need to have time to be more focused on my diet & exercise besides my 10-15K steps/day. I'm attaching my progress pictures. I'm pretty flipping proud of my progress. Someday I will have lipo on my legs & hips, but all in all, I'm very happy with my results.
I typically do strict keto, 16/8 intermittent fasting and 1 meal a day. I tell everyone, my surgery was nothing but a tool, that I utilized 100%. It's not going to last long term if I don't change my lifestyle.

Hi there. I'm doing well, it's been almost 7 years! I lost 102 lbs initially, and I've kept most of it off since. This past year I've struggled a bit and have 20 lb regain, i teeter from 185-190 most the time. I've done the pouch reset a few times over the years, but I'm having a hard time tolerating the protein drinks so I'm trying to loose the 20 without drinking them and it's been hard. As far as weight goes, I am maintaining. I have lost about 20 more pounds in a year which has brought me down to 200 from 370 when I got the surgery.
I'm super grateful for the surgery. When I had it done, I wasn't able to walk more than 5 minutes or stand for very long without getting terrible muscle spasms and back pain but after the weight loss I was able to do so much more.
I have 2 kids and they were 10 and 11 at the time. I was a stay-at-home mom and I needed to get a job ASAP.
If I had still been at 370 there's no way I could have managed a job, but after the weight loss I was able to actually have a job and not have any issues standing or walking, bending or lifting.
I haven't gained any weight back and I'm careful about what I eat and how much. I still stick with protein first and I make sure that I portion control because overeating is so uncomfortable. Overall, I'm doing great with my weight!
Whenever anyone asks, I always tell them about BeLiteWeight and tell them it was the best decision I made for my health. I can keep up with my kids and keep up at my job. It's been an absolute blessing!

Hello! As of this morning, I have lost 150 pounds since my surgery on June 5th, 2021!
I've lost 67 inches total and have gone from a size 26/28 to a size 14/16.
I would still like to lost another 50-60 pounds before Christmas and I think I can do it!. I'm a little anemic and I'm scheduled to see a hematologist later this week. It's not severe and I feel okay but my pcp wants me to feel 100% especially since I've done so much work to lose the weight.
My biggest bad habit to overcome at the moment is eating too fast. I thought I had that under control at first but I've noticed myself slipping back into the habit of not waiting between bites. I think since I'm aware of it I will be able to control it. I'm able to eat about 6oz per meal now.
So yeah, it's going amazing!

I have taken my life back. Gastric sleeve surgery has given me a whole new lease on life.
I used to have body image issues, shortness of breath, hip pain, and sleep apnea.
I am proud to say that I am one year post procedure and all of those issues are gone. I am at my goal weight and have gained my confidence back.

I have been dieting for about 28 years. I could never stick to any of them and rarely lost more than 10 pounds. By the time I reached my 40’s I was over 400 pounds.

I'm losing slower now. my start weight was 186. The day of surgery was 172 (after the pre-op diet), so total of 56 down.
I feel great. my last A1c was 5.9. the one in Nov was 6.2. no insulin (humalog, l Levemir no HBP meds and no cholesterol meds).
