When I found you, I was basically dying every night from apnea and severe anemia. I started this journey at over 350 lbs. and have settled at a comfortable 180-183 flux. I have energy to chase my grand babies, work and keep up with the rest of life.

I still have issues with clothing - I can't pick up a 12 and put it in the basket to try it on - my mind still has me heading to the plus size clothes. I don't know how long it will take to look at a picture and "know" that it is me without that moment of thought.

I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have PCOS and can gain weight just by looking at food. I have been a chronic Yo-Yo dieter. I have done everything from HCG, Whole 30, long duration liquid cleanses, to starving myself.

I was a collegiate athlete, and when the strict regimen of exercise was no longer placed upon me, I could not manage my weight any longer. I have had very close friends of mine have weight loss surgery and seeing how their success has turned into long term success, I realized that is what I have been looking for.

So, I decided to schedule my surgery. I chose BeLiteWeight because of their surgical facilities and their American certified doctor. I cannot say enough about this process. Surgery was great. I felt very cared for by my surgeon. The nursing staff is also very kind and attentive.

The recovery was not hard at all. The worst part was just muscle soreness from the scopes and incisions. This is only a tool to help with weight loss, it is not only the answer. This tool has given me the confidence to be able to exercise, eat healthier and with better portion sizes.

I have been forever changed. My confidence has skyrocketed, and my motivation to be healthier has increased leaps and bounds!

I have lost 90 pounds and hope to now build lean muscle.

Hi JoAnne! 

I'm doing great feeling fantastic going on my 5 1/2 year anniversary!!! Still working on me... now I just need a tummy tuck and well honestly a mommy makeover lol. But I feel younger than I ever have in my life I'll be 42 this Friday & can't stay seated down!! 

Its been 5 years since I had the gastric sleeve done in Mexico. I set out on this journey on April the 7th. I was nervous and excited all at the same time. I had some friends a couple who had gone before me and walked me through what to expect. I must say that the doctors and nurses all exceeded my expectations, and did a woderful job. 

I am happy to report that I have lost a total of 148 pounds since I had the surgery. Literally a whole person!! I feel amazing!

I've walked my 1st 5k Marathon  (which I never in my life time imagined I could do that). I went from wearing a size 26/28 3XL TIGHT to a 10/12 Medium. It is a great feeling to be able to walk with out back and leg pains, and to be able to actually enjoy life with my family especially outside playing basketball with my 8 year old son!!

Also how I can enjoy a theme park now & actually fit in the rides!  I can now cross my legs, I get so much compliments that my confidence is at high! 

I felt safe, well tended, and was back to work on Monday. I haven't had any complications! It's changed my life! if I had to do it all over again I would!

I am very happy and best decision I made going with beliteweight. At one point in my life I reach 464 when I contact your team I drop 33 going in to surgery at431.

I go up and down but stay in that range. I went from a 6xl t-shirt to a 2xl - Size 60 in pants currently a 38. I now shop for clothes at costco or my nearest mall store..no longer shopping at xl for men.
