Many people like chicken nuggets but the breading and deep frying can be a hindrance to weight loss success. We tried this Easy Low Carb Chicken Nugget recipe and it was a HIT with the entire family and was ready in less than 30 minutes. Give it a try with your favorite dipping sauce and see how your family likes it.


1 can Cooked (boneless) Chicken

1 Egg

1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella or Colby Jack)

1 tsp dried Oregano

½ TBSP Garlic Powder

Mix all ingredients together.

Use a small scoop or spoon and place mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet (or spray your pan with non-stick spray). Flatten mixture and shape into nuggets.

Air Fry 400 degrees for about 10 minutes on each side – until crispy on outside and cheese is melted. Keep an eye on your nuggets – individual air fryer times may vary.
