Take a trip to the farmers market

Strolling through an outdoor farmers market is a fun way to burn calories–especially when you're in the market for healthy, locally grown produce.

Have a water balloon fight

When the temperature soars, fill up some balloons with water and hit the local park with the kids. You'll burn a bunch of calories as you try to stay dry. Also: it's really, really fun!
