If your credit is fair, poor or you have no credit history the minimum down payments are: Lap Band - $3,500.00, Gastric Sleeve - $3,500.00, Gastric Plication (Super Sleeve) - $3, 000.00 & Gastric Bypass - $8,000.00. Revisions are on a case by case basis.
*Non-cash pricing ($300.00 above the cash price) and payment plan fees will apply but are VERY reasonable compared to other medical finance lenders available in the market today.
