Do Not Qualify and Other Payment Options for Weight Loss Surgery

  • It appears you do not qualify to apply for the payment plan at this time. This can be due to a number of reasons:

    • The patient may want surgery more than 61 days from now. We welcome you to redo the survey and apply when you are within 60 days from wanting surgery.
    • You may need 100% financing. Our payment plan requires a down payment. You may want to apply with some of the outside lenders below.
    • You do not have the required down payment and can not get the amount before you want to have surgery. You may want to apply with some of the outside lenders below.
    • You do not want us to review your credit report for consideration.
