Be sure to use low sodium soy sauce. We tried it once with regular soy and it was very salty. 2. You can also make this in your oven or on a griddle. Just be sure to cook your chicken until done through. 3. We prefer to use chicken tenderloin but have used bonless\/skinless thighs also.***<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Combine the olive oil, reduced sodium soy sauce, lemon juice, liquid smoke flavoring, spicy brown mustard, black pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Add the chicken to the bowl.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Coat the chicken, cover the bowl and marinate for a maximum of four hours. Any longer and the lemon juice will begin to cook the chicken.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Heat your grill or light your charcoal.
