You&#8217;ll never miss those starchy macaroni noodles again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Easy Low Carb Cauliflower Mac-N-Cheese\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XYmUH74gVrU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd head cauliflower<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1Tbsp butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00be cup heavy whipping cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 oz cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp Italian herbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp Dijon mustard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus a little extra for topping)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd cup shredded mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd cup almond milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-3 slices uncooked bacon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Directions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam for 7 minutes \u2013 drain fully (cauliflower holds a lot of water).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate pan, heat 1 TBSP butter on medium heat. Add the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian herbs and mix everything well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once everything is blended together, add the Dijon mustard, the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and again mix everything until the cheese melts and becomes a smooth consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, add the almond milk and stir, add salt to taste and freshly ground pepper \u2013 Keep mixing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then stir in the cooked and drained cauliflower florets and keep cooking 1-3 more minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour everything in a glass baking dish, sprinkle the top with some chopped, uncooked bacon and extra cheese, then Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let cool slightly, then serve in a bowl and enjoy this delicious, low carb cauliflower mac-n-cheese. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gooey, Cheesy, Yummy!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Everyone loves mac-n-cheese, but not everyone loves all the carbs.
