            One year ago I reached rock bottom. I could not do anything I wanted to. If I had to walk a distance I would fret over how I was going to get from point A to point B. I started at 245 lbs, which to some that does not sound like much but I am only 5 feet tall. I knew if I didn’t do something I would not live a very long or very productive, happy life. I was on Cholestrol meds, blood pressure meds and was on my way to being a diabetic.<\/p>

I went online and found JoAnne and BeliteWeight. This was the best decision I have ever made. Everything went smoothly from the day I signed on til today. I know that they are always there if I have any questions. And believe me I used the phone plenty in the beginning. I didn’t know what to expect or what was happening to my body after surgery. They were always there and answered every question I had.<\/p>

Surgery….wonderful.. if you could use that word to explain surgery. From transportation to the staff and the aftercare, everything went smoothly.<\/p>

Have I reached my goal?….No… Am I discourged….a big No! I love my gastric sleeve and I know it will come off eventually. I am just a slow loser, but I am a loser! I have had such wonderful mini goals. The first time I could sit in a booth (which I avoided with a passion), wearing tie shoes, or getting on a plane and not asking for an extension belt. Boy I felt like cheering! Little goals but they meant so much in this wonderful journey.<\/p>

I have been given a new lease on life and it is all thanks to Joanne and BeliteWeight. Hopefully the next time I send Joanne an update it will be when I am at goal.<\/p>

Oh, by the way I have lost 85 lbs to date.* Doing the happy dance now…well at least I can dance now.<\/p>
