The kind of cereal you should eat must be the whole grain ones and containing metabolism-moving complex carbohydrates. You know like: oatmeal or corn flakes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Nonfat Greek Yogurt.<\/strong> It tastes great and has loads of protein. But most importantly, it calms your stomach so you&#8217;re more likely to get a better night&#8217;s sleep. And the better you sleep, the healthier you&#8217;ll be.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>White-Meat Turkey.<\/strong> In addition to the sleep-inducing tryptophan, turkey is full of protein.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>An Apple with a Dollop of Peanut Butter.<\/strong> You know what they say: An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
