Things we can do other than going to the gym or doing vigorous exercises to\u00a0help lose\u00a0some of those <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliteweight.com\/blog\/index.php\/weight-loss-surgery\/how-to-fight-winter-weight-gain-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extra pounds that tend to creep on <\/a>during the winter months. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">With this in mind, we bring you a\u00a0new gardening mini-series.\u00a0We wanted\u00a0to\u00a0give\u00a0you\u00a0some motivation to join us\u00a0in gardening, whether you start with\u00a0a few containers on your porch or windowsill or go for a larger raised bed or plot. It&#8217;s a lot easier to eat fresh, healthy food when you can\u00a0quickly harvest\u00a0your side dish from your own garden. Instead of running to the store in a pinch or resorting to a highly refined and processed box of something, you will know that what you are about to make\u00a0is\u00a0healthy for you and your family.
