It was really hard to find before pictures of myself because I avoided the camera like the plague! Before I had weight loss surgery, I weighed about 210 lbs. I decided to have lap band surgery in 2009. I only lost 20 pounds with the band and then quickly regained some of the weight. I decided in August of 2010 to have Dr. Rodriguez revise my lap band to the Gastric Sleeve. I could not be happier with my revision!

I think I was around 200 lbs. when I came back for the sleeve and today I am down to 150 lbs!* No one believes I weigh 150, I guess because I'm now wearing a size 8!*

Before I had my revision surgery I had so much trouble with my back. I have had two back surgeries and was pretty miserable anytime I walked much. Now, it is like I never even had back problems. I was also on blood pressure meds and now my blood pressure is normal without taking any medication.*

My entire experience with BeliteWeight was positive, including the person who picked me up from the airport in El Paso. The hospital and staff were awesome too. I received excellent care the entire time and I could not be happier with my current results.

I loved being able to have the payments automatically deducted from my checking account so I never had to worry about mailing in the payments or being late. I have had nothing but a positive experience. I am continuing to lose weight even though it is very slow now, but I really don't want to lose much more. I am 5'7" and 52 years old so if I stay at this weight I will be thrilled.

As I looked back through the pictures I am amazed at myself today! WOW is all I can think when looking back at those pictures. I am so glad I didn't give up on myself and my dreams of being healthy. I would, and do encourage anyone struggling with weight issues to do this for themselves. I tell them this was the best gift I ever gave to myself.
