It's been exactly 460 days since my journey began. On June 14, 2014, I entered Star Medica at 442 lbs. YIKES!!! Today, I'm hanging at 240 lbs and still losing in small increments. If not for some minor excess skin, I estimate that I'd be 215-220. That's a minute, insignificant price to pay for how I feel. The day I had surgery, I was in a 56 waist and 5xl shirt. Today, I'm in 36-38 pants and l-xl shirts. Also, I was wearing a 64 suit jacket. I'm now wearing a 46. Included is a very cheesy, yet fun, casual pic of me now. Everytime someone asks me about beliteweight my response is simple. "Look at me." *
